Politics can feel inherently partisan, but the League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan organization. What does it mean to have a nonpartisan conversation when volunteering for the LWVFW or attending LWVFW meetings? How can we all have more productive and civil conversations about politics in our daily lives? Join the League of Women Voters Fort Wayne Area for our May membership meeting featuring our topic, "Navigating Nonpartisanship: Engaging in Conversations Across Perspectives." Our special guest speaker, Kelly C. Weiley, will guide us through this important topic! LWV Members and anyone interested in learning more about how to have more productive political conversations are welcome to attend. About our speaker: Kelly C. Weiley is the Founder and Principal of CoAct Consulting. She has worked for over two decades and partnered with over 45,000 people to cultivate trust and more inclusive work environments by tackling root causes to create lasting, meaningful shifts in behavior. Kelly‘s coaching and facilitation experience spans both the public and private sector and her specific areas include, but are not limited to, culture, leadership, communication, conflict, and belonging.
