Constitution 101 is a civic education course for adults based on the National “We the People” Program. Learn the fundamental principles of our American democratic republic contained in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States.

This course is available in-person once or twice a year or may be viewed online anytime. To view the on-line class click here.

Registration is open for the upcoming in-person Constitution 101 Class

*Open to adults (18 and over)

The class will consist of 6 sessions to be held October 1st through November 5th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Downtown Allen County Public Library, Meeting Room C.

Robert Leming, the Center for Civic Education’s national director of We The People program, will facilitate the class. The cost of the class is $50 per person and include the textbook, a notebook and handouts.

Constitution 101 is presented by Allen County Bar Foundation and sponsored by the Allen County Public Library, the Mike Downs Center for Politics and the League of Women Voters of Fort Wayne.
